Lee was born and raised in West Chester, PA which is located in the suburbs west of Philadelphia. Growing up through high school, Lee participated in several sports including lacrosse, swimming and wrestling. He was recruited to swim at the University of Delaware, where he earned 10 conference titles, helped the team win 2 conference championships, and his senior year was awarded both the Conference’s Most Outstanding Swimmer and the University’s Outstanding Senior Athlete. In 2006, Lee was inducted into the University’s Athletics Hall of Fame.
Lee is starting his 8th year of coaching lacrosse where he has head coach experience from the 1/2 through the 5/6 grades, and U9 through U11 age groups at both the Parish Episcopal School and C2C Lacrosse. In addition, Lee has 8 years of experience coaching swimming which includes two years as a Graduate Assistant at Lehigh University where he earned his MBA.
Lee has been playing post-collegiate and masters lacrosse for the past 16 years. When his family’s schedule permits, Lee still travels up to the elevation of 8,150 feet to participate in the Vail Shootout.
